Australian Wooden Boat Festival

Every two years, Hobart hosts hundreds of wooden boats in a festival of all things maritime. You can join Enterprize, Melbourne’s Tall Ship, on one of the sailing experiences at the Australian Wooden Boat Festival in Hobart.
Voyages
Each year, our stalwart crew braves the infamous waters of Bass Strait to bring the Schooner Enterprize to Hobart for the festival. These 8-day voyages are a once in a lifetime experience, and limited passenger places are available.Â

Parade of Sail
Friday
Step aboard the Enterprize for a day of splendor as we take part in the Parade of Sail, where we join the Fleet and make our way into Hobart for the Australian Wooden Boat Festival.
Shanty Sail
Saturday
Join the crew of the Enterprize for a rollicking good time. Bring a shipmate or two and we’ll rant and we’ll roar, like true Aussie sailors!
Fireworks Sail
Sunday
Join Enterprize for a 2 Hour Sail to view the fireworks at the Australian Wooden Boat Festival in Hobart
Admiral’s Sail
Monday
Close out the festival by joining Enterprize for the 2 hour Admiral’s sail. A time honoured tradition, held on the last day of the festival.
